Sarah’s natural enthusiasm and obvious passion for fitness is evident throughout her work making your fitness experience enjoyable and fun whilst achieving the desired results for you and your body. Sarah’s specialised areas are weight/fat loss, toning/sculpting, core stability and pilates. Sarah has helped many people over the years achieve their goals and produced enviable results with her clients through both group exercise classes and personal training.
Sarah runs two sports injury clinics in Cheshire with her husband for all your injury needs including sports massage.
