My passion for healthy, strong body movement has been with me for as long as I can remember. I have always enjoyed sports, from swimming, to cycling, walking, and more recently rock climbing. But it was only when I discovered Pilates about 6 years ago that I realised I had found my missing link.
Pilates is a holistic form of exercise that works both body and mind, focusing on the deep abdominal muscles, which support and stabilise the spine. Working from the inside out, Pilates strengthens, elongate and rebalance the body, bringing it into correct alignment, so that the muscular and skeletal systems can function optimally.
I have been teaching now for 4 years. I trained with Pilates Foundation which is a UK not for profit organisation who set the precedence in providing the highest quality training standards in the UK
